Service-oriented manufacturing network (SMN) is the network organization mode of manufacturing industry integrated developing with service industry in service economy era, it is also the important branch of the study of the domain of service science. The study of quality behaviour question of service-oriented manufacturing network node has significant meaning to network organization quality management. It is an improtant exploration of the development of service science and it has preferable reality significance in qulity assurance of integrated developing of manufacturing and service industry.The main contents of the dissertation divide into three sections.In the first part of the dissertation, a "theory analysis framework" on quality behavior of the SMN node is put forward. It defines the concept, connotation and structure of SMN newly. It considers the nature of SMN is a modular service network which is capability demand oriented. SMN consists two structure patterns:the first one is a leading enterprise's dominating value modules integrating pattern, and the second one is no leading enterprise's equality value modules integrating pattern. These two patterns compose by service production module node, productive service module node, customer utility service module node and service integration module node. The dissertation uses archetype analysis technique of system dynamics to build capacity growth superior limit archetype, quality level growth superior limit archetype, growth limit countermeasures archetype and modular service cooperation archetype.It announces the nature of SMN further in theory. The paper provides service ability and quality behavior survey in some manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises of coastal provinces and cities and Jiangxi province in central. It illustrates the necessity of the formation of SMN from the point of view of demonstration.The node's ability has diversity characteristic from quality behavior, so it has significant meaning to carry out SMN node quality behavior study based on ablity.In the second part of the dissertation, a discipline study of quality behavior of service manufactuing network node based on ability diversity is carried out. This part is the core content of the whole paper, it put forward the analytical framework model of SMN quality behavior based on ability diversity and promotes study embracing this framework. The first is study on SMN node ability choice:this part analyzes the nature principle and process of SMN node ability choice, it provides a comprehensive evaluation of a kind of SMN node choice with the help of extension theory and is verified by an example. The result indicates this method solves the problem of fuzzy subj ective judgment of indicators; A Quality Function Deployment model of SMN Logistics service modular outsourcing decision is built in this part, it presents decision-making plan of suitable network cooperation relationship and accounts for its validity through example analyzing. The second is study on adaptive quality cooperation of the basic ability advantage node:this part defines the connotation of adaptive quality and adaptive quality cooperation; It analyzes adaptive quality cooperation of SMN basic ability advantage node in the case of modular service outsourcing and modular service extension. It puts forward the cost model of SMN node's adaptive quality cooperation in the case of ability change in demand, in order to analyze adaptive quality behavior decision-making problem of service module provider and service module integration under the circumstance of modular service outsourcing. And it analyzes SMN node's adaptive quality behavior decision-making problem under the circumstance of modular service extension. It uses Matlab7.10.0as instrument to conduct numerical simulation analysis aimed at optimum level of quality behavior. The third is study on contract quality coordination of the competition ability advantage node:This part defines the concepts and connotations of contract quality and contract quality coordination. It designs a complete information model on contract quality coordination of SMN node based on contract theory, and a contract quality coordination model which quality level is discrete under asymmetric information and contract quality coordination model which quality level is continuous under asymmetric information. This part discusses mainly the quality contract designing problems which distinguishes quality level or doesn't distinguish quality level high-low type in considering moral hazard when quality level of service module provider is discrete. It uses Matlab7.10.0to provide numerical simulation analysis. The result reveals that quality contract which displays and discriminates quality level takes advantage to the improvement of SMN entirety quality level. The fourth is study on modular quality synergy of the core advantage node:This part defines the nature and connotation of modular quality and modular quality synergy. It applies synergetics theory to establish the concept model, evolution model and mechanics model of SMN node modular quality synergy based on core ability advantagement. The relationship and management meaning among three models have been analyzed. This part provides the control measure of SMN node modular quality synergy behavior from quality order parameter, service core ability, local fluctuation and quality improving direction.In the third part of the dissertation, it analysis a case of quality behavior of SMN node:The dissertation analyzes service manufacturing model of Boeing Co. and SMN structural system dominanted by Boeing Co. It analyzes the quality behavior of Chinese supplier in the SMN. The analysis indicates that early stage cooperation's simple three material processing is adaptive quality collaboration behavior, relevant risk cooperation providing competition ability is the process of contract quality coordination. In the future, considering competition with global aviation industry, cooperation with Boeing Co. is the modular quality collaborative subcontract production cooperative behavior in order to develop core ability advantages.This dissertation is innovative in the following three ways:Firstly, this paper provides theoretic analysis framework of SMN node quality behavior. The research of service manufacturing theory is a new domain and there are few literature review on SMN quality management. The research aimed at SMN node quality behavior in this dissertation is the new exploration in this domain. The dissertation offers SMN node quality behavior analysis framework based on ability diversity and gives three groups of new concepts and their connotation explanations. The three groups concepts and connotation explanations are adaptive quality and adaptive quality cooperation, contract quality and contract quality coordination, modular quality and modular quality synergy.Secondly, the study provides SMN's structure and nature character from the perspective of modular service. The dissertation defines SMN from the perspective of modular for the first time. It believes that the nature of SMN is a modular service network and establishes the growth superior limit archetype, countermeasure archetype and cooperation archetype based on SMN modular service, which announces the nature of SMN modular service in theory.Thirdly, the study build a series of models of "adaptive quality cooperation---contract quality coordination---modular quality synergy". It provides the cost model of SMN basic ability advantage node adapatability in the case of ability demand changing.It applies contract theory to design SMN's competition ability advantage node constract quality coordination model based on completely information and the contract quality coordination model which quality levels are discrete and continuous based on incompletely information. It uses synergetics theory to improve and establish the concept model, evolution model and mechanical model of SMN core ability advantage node modula quality synergy. The paper analyzes the relationship and management meaning of the three models.It puts forward modular quality synergetics control countermeasure.Through the study, the theoretical system of SMN node quality behavior research is constructed initially. Furthermore, through the case study of the SMN structure of Boeing Co. and the cooperation quality action between Chinese aviation manufacturing enterprise and Boeing Co to make the sutdy have more practical meaning. It takes definite reference value in the development of emerging strategic industries such as our aerospace manufacturing.
