Research On Informatization Strategy Of Coal Enterprise Within Industrial Agglomeration

The report of the16th CPC National Congress pointed out we need to drive industrialization with informatization, promote informatization with industrialization walk out of a high technological content, good economic returns, low resources consumption, little environmental pollution, human resource advantages into full play of the new road to industrialization.The theory of new-style industrialized road with information as the core shows that information technology industrial development path is the inevitable choice of making leaps and bounds to China’s industrial economy,and provides a theoretical basis for the information construction of China’s industrial development. In the background of gradually accelerated process of industrialization and information technology, the coal industry is facing the dual pressures to ensure stable energy supply and low-carbon development, and its traditional extensive development and operation pattern can not meet the requirements of modernization, informatization and new-style industrialization, so it’s time to make full use of information technology means to drive the transformation development of the coal industry and enhance the competitiveness of the coal enterprises. At the same time, the national"12th Five-Year Plan" clearly put forward to carry out regional economic development ideas of "the main function region strategy",so the gathering area of the coal industry is becoming important practical carrier of the main functional areas strategy of China’s large coal industry base. Therefore, in the environment of industrial agglomeration, how to formulate coal enterprise informatization strategy scientifically has become the urgent realistic problem.Based on the industrial agglomeration theory, strategic management theory and enterprise information theory,the paper analyzed the influence of industry agglomeration to coal enterprise information taking coal companies within industrial agglomeration as the research object and put forward the coal enterprise informatization strategy, implementation and safeguard measures of the coal enterprise under the environment of industrial agglomeration through researching the characteristics and the typical problems of the coal enterprise information within industrial agglomeration.The main points and contents of this papar are as follows:①Defined the concept of industrial agglomeration based on the theory of industrial agglomeration and analyzed current situation and problem of coal company informatization without industrial agglomeration.②Discussed three main effects of industry agglomeration to coal enterprise information:provide source of power for the coal enterprise information, supply favorable conditions for the further development of the coal enterprise information, and help to reduce the cost of coal enterprise information.③nalyzed the connotations and characteristics of the coal industry gathering area from the view of constituent elements of the industrial areas,studied to construct a network structure model of the coal industry gathering area and concluded four characteristics(systematic, complexity, cross regional and network)of coal enterprise information within the environment of industry agglomeration based on this analysis.④ith the model of the network structure of the coal industry gathering area, discussed the internal and external information problems of the coal enterprise within the environment of industry agglomeration respectively and summarized the external information issues of the coal enterprise as follows:the problems based on supply and marketing relationship and the problems based on cooperation.⑤uilded strategic planning model of the coal enterprise information within the environment of industry agglomeration according to guiding ideology, objectives and principles of coal enterprise information strategy,and made detailed strategic planning to the content of information construction.⑥nalyzed the implementation steps and measures of coal enterprise information strategy within the environment of industry agglomeration through the development of the basic principles of information technology implementation.The possible innovations of the paper are as follows:①esearched the internal and external information problems of the coal enterprise within the environment of industry agglomeration respectively based on the model of the network structure of the coal industry gathering area and summarized the external information issues of the coal enterprise as follows:the problems based on supply and marketing relationship and the problems based on cooperation.②aking a study of coal enterprise information strategy taking industry gathering environment for the background provided a new approach for the study of coal enterprise information.The paper argues that, through accurate analysis of present coal enterprise informatization problems in the process of construction and implementation and putting forward coal enterprise informatization strategy within industrial aggregation, it removed the obstacles in the development of coal enterprises,provide a new way for restructuring and development, improved competitiveness of the coal industry and have certain guiding significance for long-term strategic development of the coal industry gathering area.
