The Research On The Development Of Rural Industrialization In Zhejiang

Industrialization is a reflection of the country’s economic development as an important indicator, and the rural industrialization is an indispensable part of industrialization, especially for us, as a big agriculture country, the level of rural industrialization is directly related to the level of national industrialization. The16th Party Congress,"the Eleventh Five-Year Plan ", the17th Party Congress are pointed out that it is important to develop the rural economy. As one of the developed provinces in coastal area, Zhejiang has been committed to the development of the rural economy. In1998, Zhejiang set up the "The compendium of Zhejiang’agriculture and rural modernization construction", which raised Zhejiang must enter the goal of modernization before2020. The enterprises in the country of Zhejiang are the main force of the rural industry, it has greatly promoted the rural modernization and national economy development. This paper, which regards developing the rural economy as the overall demand, mainly studies the rural industrialization development in Zhejiang and brings up the countermeasures to urge it sustained and healthy development.The first part of the paper mainly introduced the domestic and foreign rural industrial theory, which laid the theoretical foundation for the study of rural industrialization in Zhejiang.The second part mainly introduces three domestic typical pattern of rural industrialization, and analyzes their forming condition, main characteristics, and the present problems. According to our country present stage characteristics of the development of rural industrialization, this paper puts forward the development direction of the industrialization in our country and the countermeasures.The third part is about the development foundation of rural industrialization in Zhejiang.First it analyzes the development environment, including five advantages, the area, industrial foundation, government, information infrastructure, entrepreneurs,and four disadvantages, such as the blindness of the town enterprises, old management system, imperfect the property right system of the town enterprises, and the problem of environmental pollution. Then, the paper sums up the rural industrialized development progress in Zhejiang. The fourth part puts forward the formulation of the principle of the rural industrialized level indicator, as well as the actual situation in Zhejiang, it makes five indicators to measure the rural industrialized level in Zhejiang, including the annual per capita income ratio of urban and rural residents, the proportion of agricultural population, urban population proportion, the proportion of agricultural product, average per product. Through collecting the data and calculating, we can know that the rural industrialized level in Zhejiang has been constantly improved in recent years and through the comparison, we can obtain that the rural industrialized level in Zhejiang province is higher than Jiangsu, Guangdong.The fifth part elaborated the rural industrialization development in Zhejiang has four basic characteristics, and also points out the main problem caused by the development process: significant regional differences, serious environmental pollution, the inadequacy of the rural industry capital, the low level of the farmer culture.The sixth part, based on the disadvantages and problems of development process, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to advance the rural industrialization development in Zhejiang:adjusting rural industrial structure, improving the financing environment, improving the farmers’ cultural level, and further creating a good system environment.The seventh part of this paper, sums up the rural industrialized development in Zhejiang, and pointed out the innovation and deficiency.
