Research On The Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Of Rural Revitalization In Zhejiang Province

The task of our country in the new period is to build a well-off society in an all-round way and a socialist modern country in an all-round way.Solving the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers is the decisive basis for realizing this important historical task.This requires the Party and the state to grasp the law of modernization construction and the changing characteristics of urban-rural relations,and to make corresponding work arrangements for solving the "three rural" problems.Therefore,at the Nineteenth National Congress,the Party put forward a strategic plan for rural revitalization,which is also an important plan made by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,focusing on the overall situation of the Party and the state,and an important grasp for the completion of the work of "agriculture,countryside and farmers" in the new period.With the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy,it is necessary to define a scientific comprehensive performance evaluation system for Rural Revitalization to calculate the degree of Rural Revitalization and carry out evaluation and analysis,which is of great significance for promoting the smooth implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy.This paper constructs the index system of comprehensive performance evaluation of rural revitalization,calculates and evaluates the degree of reaching the target of various indicators of Rural Revitalization at different levels of economic development in Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang Province,and obtains policy suggestions on rural revitalization.Firstly,in the construction of the index system,the Strategic Planning for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022),issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council,is used to evaluate the performance of Rural Revitalization with 22 indicators proposed in the plan and the target value of each indicator in the plan for2020 as the target value of evaluation.Secondly,this paper monitors and analyses the progress of Chun'an County,Hangzhou City,Anji County,Huzhou City and Jingning County of Lishui City,which are representative of Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang Province.It comprehensively understands and understands the degree of Rural Revitalization and development in Zhejiang Province and different regions with differentlevels of development,and points out the strategic reality of Rural Revitalization under the developed,general and backward social development level.Advantages and shortboards in the application process.Finally,according to the results of the above empirical analysis,combined with the ideas of Zhejiang Province in the strategy of rural revitalization,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China.
