It’s noted that the speed up of social and economic development accelerating annually push ahead the integration of urban and rural development and transformed the outlook of the vast area of rural land. On one side, more and more farmers and their offspring took jobs in cities; on the other side, the large-scaled inflow of industrial and commercial investment into those remote impoverished places is causing more and more concern. Both the output of human resources and input of urban capital consequently contribute to an all-round changed face of the countryside. Sampling a case in Chongqing, Tongnan County studying the causes and micro subjects involved in the investment campaign, this thesis admitted the inflow of capital partly rebuilt the values and structure in rural society, but the impact is restrictively below expect. As is seen from the following depict, farmers exhibit full rationality and base their attitudes on their benefits and stability of benefits related in this grand investment move.
