The Processing Of The Capital Inflow In Village

30years since the implementation of Reform and Opening policy, Chinese economy has witnessed a huge development. During this process, the industrial and commercial investment in city and town has accumulated enormous resources of technology, manpower and material while the same resources in suburban area have drained away. With the support of national policies and the improving of the benefit agriculture policies, verities of the combining mode of urban area and suburban area have been made. In this background, the capital inflow in village has come into people’s vision. During the past few years, the development of capital inflow in village has happened in diversity, aiming to translate the lifestyle of farmer from tillage farming to the modern tourist reception. In this way, not only the farmer’s material life has been fulfilled, but also meet the needs of their spiritual life demand. However, generally, the process of the capital inflow in village is in an unstable state, encountering many challenges in terms of the organic integration of the urban resources and suburban resources, which still needs improvements.This paper, which is based on the Hundreds of villages observe research of Chinese Institute of rural studies of Central China Normal University, analyses the development and transformation of the resource distribution of urban area and suburban area in the process of capital inflow in village, using the research method of literature review, case study, process description, analyze and interpret and reach conclusion. By the study of the introduction of capital, the midfield changes and the change of the relation in G village, it is not far to seek that the inadequate of the interest distribution mechanism, to a large extent, leads to the contradiction of the capital inflow in village. Without the powerful constraints and supervision of the benefits among village committees, villagers and travel companies, the tripartite relationship has worsened gradually, due to the greedy pursuit of interests of their own. This paper aims to reach the conclusion that what factors lead to the tripartite relationship transformation, analyzing the context of the capital inflow in village.
