The fit between person and organization has an effect on employees’attitude and behaviors in organizations. Achievement goal orientations refers to one’s dispositional or situational goal preferences in achievement situations. In this study, person-organization fit is defined as the congruence between individual’s goal orientation and that of their organizational climate. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between person-organization fit (person-climate fit) and organizational citizenship behavior, and whether the relationship mediated by affective commitment and moderated by individual goal orientation. We used a structured questionnaire to investigation and after analysis, there are major conclusions as follows:1、Person-organization fit correlated with organizational citizenship behaviors.2、Person-organization fit correlated with affective commitment.3、Affective commitment mediated the relationship between person-organization fit and organizational citizenship behaviors.4、Learning goal orientation moderated the relationship between person-organization fit organizational citizenship behavior directed at individuals.
