It is to be concerned as a development goal by more and more scholars or educators that the construction of community service should be accelerated, in the80time metaphase. Community full-time worker is that this period of emerge as the times require. The work management system of these community full-time workers has gradually become the concern of sociology and administration in the field.At present, there are many literatures and researches on community full-time worker in our country. They mainly focused on the study of the team structure, job stress and turnover tendency, as well as professional degree and so on. The examinations on person-organization fit, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of the community full-time worker are inadequate. The relationship between these three is also poor. Not to mention placing these three in the community organization. In this paper, we study the community full-time worker work management from the administrative point. Based on our country’s community work present situation and combing the domestic and foreign literatures on social and community studies,the person-organization fit. job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviors.This paper mainly study on the relationship on personal-organization fit. job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior of community full-time worker. The goal is to reveal the interaction from the selection to work attitude, and then enthusiasm for work in terms of community full-time worker. Proposed and approved three hypotheses as follow:the community full-time worker have positive correlation in person-organization fit and job satisfaction, the community full-time worker have positive correlation in job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior, the community full-time worker have positive correlation in person organization fit and organizational citizenship behavior.The community full-time worker who tending to agree with community organization’s value, goal and norms, are more suitable and more able to do community work. Can also show higher job satisfaction, as well as in favor of community organization behavior. The quality of the staffs their own to meet the community, or the staffs are satisfied with the resources, including the opportunity which the organization give them, also can easily show higher satisfaction and the behavior advantageous to the community organization. It is the staffs who have higher compatibility with community organization.This paper collected relevant data mainly by the way of granting the questionnaire. And verify the hypothesis by using the LISREL model. Make the regression analysis on the basis of the data of16communities in Shijiazhuang. Use the chi-square value P, goodness-of-fit index GFI, adjusted goodness-of-fit index AGFI, and the root mean Square Residual RMR, these four evaluation standards. Then support the hypothesis, and obtain the above conclusions.
