Competition becomes more and more serious in the 21st century, which is an information era. And the core of the competition among different enterprises becomes the competition of talent. A strong and stable workforce should be organized if the enterprise wants to survive and develop under the current situation. However, person-organization fit (P-O Fit) emphasizes the overall match between staff and organization and improves the loyalty by adjusting the two's relationship. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) helps the enterprises to be in an advantage situation. It's a social problem drawing many people's eyesight to encourage the talent to bring more OCB.Currently, many researches have been done on P-O Fit or OCB, but few researches on influences of P-O Fit to OCB. This paper summarized the achievements of researches home and abroad by lots of reading.Many factors affect OCB, and the article has done a further research on OCB on the aspects of Individual Employee Characteristics,Task Characteristics,Organizational Characteristics,Leadership Behavior. At last the paper introduced the affective commitment as an intervening variable to find out the mechanism of influences of P-O Fit to OCB. At last, the text built a conception model of influences of P-O Fit to OCB and put forward hypothesis.Our empirical research took the measure of questionnaire, and chose the samples according to different age, education level and property. We used SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis, and employed Reliability and Validity Analysis, Variance Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis techniques. The results indicated that the scales had a good reliability and validity; age, marriage status, time of working in the firm had some effects on OCB; affective commitment can be an intervening variable.Based on the empirical analysis, we put forward some proposals for managers, expectation and suggestion for further research.
