With the change of our country's society,policy and market environment,the competition of the hotel industry is becoming more and more intense.As a labor-intensive and emotional-intensive enterprise,the attitude and behavior of the employees in the hotel industry is directly related to the service quality of the hotel industry.It also plays a key role in the sustainable development and performance of the enterprise.In the corporate culture,values and trust are both important to the individual and the whole enterprise,which influence people's attitude and guide people's behavior.Therefore,the study will take Value Fit as the research point and then to explore Individuals and Organization Value Fit and its impact,in order to enrich the theory of organizational culture and behavior theory,and to provide relevant theoretical basis for human resource management.The study is mainly based on the hotel staff of Quanzhou,Xiamen,Jinjiang and Fuzhou as the research object,using literature analysis,questionnaire survey method and SPSS multivariate statistical analysis method,and based on the basic theory of Individuals and Organization Value Fit,employee's organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior,making a systematic theoretical research and empirical analysis.First,this study analyzes the influence of different demographic variables on organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior;and then analyzes the intermediary role effect of person Organization Value Fit on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational trust.Finally get the following conclusions:(1)the employee's age,education,department and the nature of the enterprise have different impact on Organization Value Fit,organizational trust and organizational citizenship behavior;(2)individuals and organizations in the customer orientation,staff and team orientation,performance orientation values,have a significant impact on the employee's organizational citizenship behavior;(3)the employee's trust in the organization plays a partial mediating role in the influence of individual and organizational values on employee organizational citizenship behavior.According to the conclusion of the study,from the recruitment,staff training,team building,institutional settings and management behavior,put forward the corresponding countermeasures:(1)pay attention to the recruitment exercise,select employees who match the organizational values;(2)pay attention to employee's individual differences,implement differentiated management mechanism;(3)pay attention to employee's personal development,appropriate authorization,staff training and team spirit;(4)promote personalized management mechanism,and improve the value fit between individuals and organizations;(5)internalize organizational values,increase employee's sense of belonging and trust.Finally,puting forward the deficiency of the research and puts forward the direction for the future research.
