The Research On Decision-making Model Of The Electronic Manufacturing Inland Migration In The Post-financial Crisis Era

Because of the global financial crisis impact in2008，the global recession、demandslowdown and rising costs caused that the operating conditions of manufacturingcompanies which is in the southeast coastal areas was deteriorating.Coupled with the rapidincreases in the cost of production in the coastal areas，water supply tension，shortage ofland as well as local government and continuously improving environmental thresholds，the most important is that the rapid development of the contradiction between demand andthe external environment is deteriorating，these factors lead electronic manufacturingenterprises to face these problems，review the advantages and weak of its own enterprise，and take effective measures actively to cope with the faced changes.Most electronicsmanufacturers have chosen the form of enterprise migration to improve operatingconditions，and the increasing trend is fast greatly. From the large amounts of statisticaldata，the enterprise migration destinations are mainly in the central cities which are in thecentral and western regions of our country，we call this inland migration.In the differenthistorical stages the reasons why the Chinese enterprises migrate are different，too.Enterprises have different migration direction when they are in different environmentand industry conditions.Especially in the post-financial crisis era，the impact which thecrisis brought to enterprises is not fully receded.Therefore，the research on enterprisesinland migration phenomena in the post-financial crisis era is necessary andreasonable.The following problem is the enterprises location choice of the inland migrationdecision.Enterprises migration decision is the major strategic decisions of the enterprise，itsscientific or not has a direct bearing on the success or failure of the enterprise migration，inturn，it has a very important impact on enterprises.This paper based on the new classical location theory、decision behaviour theory and system theory，analizes and values theenterprises migration situation at home and abroad，leads to the necessity of study oncompanies relocation.Secondly，on the basis of electronics manufacturers SWOT analysisin the post-financial crisis ear，this paper leads to the rationality and necessity of study onelectronics manufacturing inland migration and summarizes their impact factors.The indexsystem of inland migration location decision and inland migration location decision modelare established on the factor analysis.Finally through the case study，this paper researchesthe applicability of the location decision model.
