The relationships between retailer and supplier is one of the most important business relationships, in the increasingly tense situation between retailers and suppliers, to maintain Harmonious relationship between retailers and suppliers should be given priority to make a stable business order. In the market structure of retailer strong and supplier weak, retailers often willfully suppress the upstream suppliers by market dominance, the resulting conflict between retailer and supplier seriously affects the efficiency of supply chain management. Retailers exploit the profits of the suppliers will lead to supplier’s profits decrease, and weaken the ability of supplier’s product development, and ultimately affect the interests of consumers. The tension of relationship between retailer and supplier is not conducive to the healthy development of China’s circulation industry and is not conducive to the overall promotion of the social welfare, and is also not conducive to the building of a harmonious society.
