Along with the rapid economic development,China has become the world’sproducts manufacturer.For the moment market demand and technical progressshows the trend of diversification. This change makes the production plan and controlmethods from the leading position of the original manufacturing scale massproduction most to multi varieties and small batch production mode. Order orientedproduction enterprises to adopt the production plan and control method of how tomeet the diverse needs of the market, and improve the production efficiency and thelevel of competition of enterprise is a manufacturing enterprise impassable topic. Thispaper takes H company by the scale transition mode of mass production for theproduction planning and control method of multi varieties and small batch productionmode as the object of study, focus on how to improve the production plan and controlmethods to improve production efficiency, lower manufacturing cost, to increase thecore competition ability, and put forward the corresponding improvement project.H company engaged in the beverage manufacturing, marketing. On the outsideto carry out the OEM, OBM and other business. With the gradual development ofenterprises, the company’s own products constantly enrich, and diversified generationprocessing products, the company products by the one or two products wasestablished at the beginning of the development of more than ten kinds of products atpresent.
