Research Of Natural Rubber Planting Modes Of HSF

Natural rubber (NR), which is made from a rubber tree, is classified as an important agricultural product. The more important, NB industry is a regional limited estate which is restrained in Hainan, Yunnan and Guangdong provinces. NR production has very close relationship with industry insurances, environment protection and farmer’s welfare. As the relations of production, NB marketing and sales modes have very important consequences to the industry healthy development.The first part of this article introduced amplified theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and theory of socialist market economy. Second, the article thoroughly described the household contract responsibility system practice and characteristics in China countryside; discussed industry natures and explained the reason why the agriculture is suited for household operation. NR marketing system is subjected by the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and theory of socialist market economy. Other relative aspects to NR production marketing modes such as specific NR marketing mode were also prescribed in the article.On the above theory basis, the article reviewed the household contract responsibility system history, and prescribed from household system, production team contract responsibility system, shareholding co-operative system and permanent tapping contract system aspects.The last, the author summarized from his own working experience and gave some recommendations on existing problems, consolidate theoretical basis and improve permanent tapping contract system and promote a continuous and proper development to NR industry.
