Study On Development Strategy For TianDiWeiYe Company

This thesis studies the BPO industry engaged by TianDiWeiYe company is a way to help enterprises to the effective integration of internal resources and external resources, so as to achieve full play to the core competitiveness of enterprises, enhance the industry model of market environment’s resilience. Due to this model’s superiority has become increasingly obvious, this model has received more and more concerns and has been more adopted. Therefor, enterprises in the BPO business have suddenly mushroomed. TianDiWeiYe company in Dalian belong to the first echelon BPO business operators, but it is also facing competition from foreign experienced companies and a local rookie of peer companies.In this case, TianDiWeiYe company is coming into a bottleneck stage in the field of scale expansion, new project introduction, the depth of the existing project development, the partnerships build and maintenance. The whole enterprise goes into a deadlock and hardly develop further.This thesis tried to do some tentative study on this rarely touched area. By comprehensively applying enterprise strategy and enterprise culture, and by adopting several analytic methods, such as system analytic method, comparison analytic method, and combined qualitative-quantitative analytic method, this thesis carried out a wide study for Dalian-based foreign BPO companies in the field of their growing process, current developing situation, and future development strategy, after consulting many domestic and international literature, and wide investigation. Through deep analysis of the inner factors and external factors, this thesis fearlessly probe into the development strategy for BPO companies in Dalian, including localization strategy in human resources, growing strategy for project management, developing strategy for outsourcing scale, and partner development strategy. This thesis is full of significance and application value not only for BPO companies, but also for those non-BPO companies, who are eager to enhance and speed up their overall competence by adopting Business Process Outsourcing in a proper way and in a proper opportunity.
