Built-in Outsourcing Alliance--SME Logistics Operation Mode

In modern society,the production must have the support of material resources,it is bound to the procurement of raw material and finished product supply and marketing,that is,logistics.Logistics which is huge competition among many companies,had become a hot topic not only at home but also abroad.Prevalent in professional today,any business can not completely rely on its own strength for development,particularly small and medium enterprises in vulnerable.The impact of the financial crisis,it is a top priority for companies that how small and medium-sized enterprises take advantage in this complex environment invincible.lt needs to take into account the strategic issue either improving the competitiveness of the enterprise itself or to develop high-quality policy. In order to survive in the competition, SMEs need to start from its own characteristics, combined with domestic enterprises for their development environment to develop the logistics operation.This paper introduces the theory of logistics alliance.on this basis from the SMEs issues analyzed the existing logistics advantages and disadvantages,SMEs should establish honesty,win-win,long-term and stable cooperative partnership between the small and medium enterprises through the establishment of the lease contract as the core of the built-Outsourcing Alliance.The small and medium enterprises in the logistics resources and logistics could integrate effectively existing logistics resources,gain economies of scale through long-term cooperation and logistics professional services to optimize small and medium enterprises.In order to enable the built-in Outsourcing Alliance can be reached long-term stable cooperative relations,this paper studies the trust between alliance members and alliances income distribution.Papers research explores the impact of built-in outsourcing Alliance member trust relationships,and build upon a built-in outsourcing Alliance trust mechanism theory model.The model could put forward some suggestions for built-in outsourcing Alliance trust.Meanwhile,the distribution of benefits based on the Union's basic principles "risk sharing, revenue sharing,"starting,considering the Alliance their risk,the role of core competitiveness and the contribution of the league,quantify the various factors determine the synthesis ratio,combined with built-in features of outsourcing alliance alliance of logistics enterprises to share the fixed payment plus output mode, the SMEs will take the remaining share model output for the built-in Outsourcing Alliance a fair and reasonable interests of the distribution mechanism.
