Informatization Evaluation Research On Technological Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

Along with the rapid development of information technology,the informationization has become a powerful driving force which can adjust and optimize the industrial structure,translate economic development mode and promote economic growth. As an important carrier of technological innovation, High-tech SMEs not only play an important role in technological innovation but also to be the important guarantee in adjust and optimize industrial structure, transform economic development mode. Therefore, in-depth study of information on High-tech SMEs and establish a set of scientific, systematic enterprise informatization evaluation index systems, evaluation of the development level objectively has the significant theory significance and the practical value for raise the level of informationization and market competitiveness, and correctly guide the development of enterprise information.This thesis study which is under background of enterprise informatization evaluation both at home and abroad, through analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign enterprise information evaluation theory and methods, integrate the domestic and foreign research results, combined with China’s actual situation, for High-tech SMEs informatization development situation, put forward a set of evaluation indexes system which have practical utility and significance in SMEs’information construction. Meanwhile, the author introduces a benchmark value evaluation method of information, through parallel comparison with industry standard enterprise, analyses levels of enterprise informatization construction and discover one of the issues, identify bottlenecks in enterprise information construction for enterprises to provide decision makers with information construction of decision support, and play a role in feed backing and controlling to the information construction for the future, guarantee the further completion of information construction.
