Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Innovative High-tech Enterprises

In recent years,the development of high-tech enterprises has become a powerful driving force for the development of the world economy.The international competitiveness of the developed countries is mainly reflected in the high and new technology enterprises.As it makes our comprehensive national strength has great advantages in the world competition,the high-tech industry occupies a strategic leading position in the development of national economy,and plays an important role in the transformation of economic growth mode and the adjustment of the industry,Therefore,only by increasing the intensity of the development of high-tech enterprises,can we continuously accelerate the process of China's new industrialization,which is an important way to achieve an in novative country.This paper studies the performance evaluation of innovative high-tech enterprises.Based on the types and characteristics of innovative high-tech enterprises,we identify and analyze the factors that influence the evaluation results,and then establish enterprise performance evaluation index system,which is in line with the actual situation of the high-tech enterprises.By using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods,we make the qualitative and quantitative analysis for the index weights.At last,combined with the actual case analysis and evaluation of innovative high-tech enterprises,we should pay attention to the problems in the implementation of performance evaluation.The innovation of this paper,specifically:(1)Combing and analyzing the basic theory and current situation of enterprise performance evaluation and starting from the basic theory of performance evaluation of innovative high-tech enterprises,this paper discusses the definition of ent erprise performance and performance evaluation and related support theory.Then,it analyzes the development status and performance of innovative high-tech enterprises under the current situation of the evaluation analysis,and points out the problems of current high-tech enterprises facing in the performance evaluation of the current situation.(2)The innovation of the performance index system of innovative high-tech enterprises is discussed.According to the design principle of innovative high-tech enterprise performance evaluation index system,and combined with the actual situation of the operation of enterprises,this paper gives a step of constructing the performance evaluation index system of new high-tech enterprises,four aspects of the classification given the overall index system.(3)This paper presents the method of dimensionless processing of the basic data and the method of calculating the weight.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the index weight,which lays the foundatio n for the performance evaluation and case analysis of innovative high-tech enterprises.(4)This paper develops an evaluation method of the performance evaluation of innovative high-tech enterprises is constructed,and gives the specific implementation steps of the performance evaluation model are analyzed.This evaluation method can not only play the professional knowledge and experience of experts,but also take into account the actual situation of innovative high-tech enterprises,which makes the evaluation results more coincide to the development of enterprises at present and future development plans,flexible choice preference.(5)According to the actual case to verify the performance evaluation model of innovative high-tech enterprises,this paper analyzes the results and evaluation methods.Then,combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,it presents the main problems that have to face in the implementation of performance evaluation.Based on the innovative high-tech enterprise as the research objects and combining with its own characteristics and the actual operating conditions,it establishes a scientific and reasonable enterprise performance evaluation index system,and the evaluation model for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of t he use of the related theories and methods.In theory,the research results are beneficial to the research of enterprise performance evaluation in the field of innovative high-tech enterprises.In practice,it provides a good reference for the development of innovative high-tech enterprises in our country,which complements and improves the performance evaluation system of domestic enterprises better.
