B Company Transport Equipment Class Research And Development Project Risk Management

With our economics’stain development, market competition become daily hot,the enterprise must find new profit raising points through enlarge the diploid of the science research if it want to be leader and hold strongly competition step:But under the product dealing environment’s daily complex condition, research item face toraising uncertainty and more and more risk,so the risk management of the item is very important.B corpraiton Transportation Department works as the logistics management department for baosteel co,.LTD.So,it is important to raise efficiency and prevent wasting.But in the hole, the company’s research item isn’t satisfied to us and a lot of items haven’t reach to the expected object.It is mainly because of the uncertainly factor that unpredicted and it’s risk.Based on the theory of risk management, this thesis does research on On Locomotive Shift Route R&D project risk management. Firstly,introduces this project’s process, then, taken risk management five processes as main process,makes a deep study on five project risk management process including risk management planning,risk identification,risk analysis,risk response and risk monitor & control. Secondly,evaluates project risks combining qualitative risk analysis with quantitative risk analysis, responds with compounding risk responses strategies,devises three methods of risk monitor & control to reduce the risk and control risk effectively.This thesis does the application and research of the risk management to the subcontract project in equipment R&D project, it has some practical value to increase the precaution consciousness of the subcontract project and management level in equipment R&D project, bring out the practical,accurate,convenient strategies.it has some referenced value.
