| Nowadays, communication technology is changing constantly, customer demand differs in thousands of ways and market competition is growing more intense. The complexity and uncertainty of the telecommunications enterprise business environment has reached an unprecedented level. In order to adapt to the complicated and changeable environment, each telecommunications enterprise is constantly researching and practicing on strategy management. However, traditional and static strategy management is not suitable for telecommunications enterprise, which should also pay enough attention to enterprise adaptability. This dissertation makes a comprehensive and systematic research on balanced score card which is the core tools of the telecommunications enterprise strategic performance management and tries to construct a mechanism for matching enterprise strategic performance management and enterprise adaptability to improve enterprise adaptive capacity for external environment and provide theoretical foundation and practice instruction to enhance enterprise competition oThrough research on dynamic strategy management and related theory, combined with telecommunications enterprise practical situation, this dissertation constructs an telecommunications enterprise dynamic strategy management model and also analyzes the factors of telecommunications enterprise adaptability based on the complex adaptive systems (CAS) and some other theories. Hereby, this dissertation constructs the telecommunications enterprise adaptability evaluation index sign system. Finally, this dissertation summarizes telecommunications enterprise adaptability indexes into levels of strategy map in order to discover a shortage of strategy management. Above all, this dissertation provide a theoretical foundation and a practical operational model to improve enterprise adaptability, telecommunications enterprise dynamic strategy management and to provide a reference for future study。Firstly, with complete research on factors of telecommunications enterprise adaptability, we combine CAS theory and the factor of telecommunications enterprise adaptability innovatively in order to construct a comprehensive and systematic telecommunications enterprise adaptability evaluation index sign system. We dissect factors of stimulus that external environment puts on enterprise internal environment, which are classified into corporate culture, organizational structure, enterprise resource and enterprise competence. And then we construct a method to measure and analyze the key indexes of enterprise adaptability, with which enterprise managers are able to know the status of enterprise adaptability and find the unhealthy index of enterprise adaptability.Secondly, we present the mechanism for matching telecommunications enterprise dynamic strategic management and adaptive model, summarize indexes of enterprise adaptability into all levels of strategy map, locate deviation of enterprise strategy on strategy map and conduct enterprise to adjust strategy to improve important indexes of adaptability. The mechanism can also test telecommunications enterprise adaptability to the environment, define how to formulate and upgrade dynamic strategy management, help enterprise adjust to the ever-changing environment and achieve sustainable development.Finally, this dissertation applies multi-semantic granularity to obtain weight of telecommunications enterprise adaptability index with weights combination assigning method which includes analytic hierarchy process and entropy method. Based on China Unicorn’s operation data in 2009, we make an empirical evaluation on its enterprise adaptability and calculate the adaptability evaluation result. With the result, we give a suggestion on how and where to improve and optimize the strategy management. |
