The Study About Performance Evaluation Of Informatization Construction In A Foreign Trade Enterprise

Taking the M enterprise as the research object, enterprise information andbased on performance evaluation theory, using Delphi method and enterprisesurvey method to collect data, and by using analytic hierarchy process andfuzzy synthetic evaluation, finally complete to the enterprise’s informationperformance evaluation.First of all, based on the present situation of enterprise informatization,this article clarified the background, the purpose and significance of thesubject, and the main contents of this study, research methods and innovationpoints. Secondly, based on previous research achievements, and summarizetheories about the enterprise’s information, the connotation of information andinformatization performance evaluation, and established the enterpriseinformation performance evaluation index system based on the BalancedScore card, on the basis of contrast the evaluation methods, choosing the AHPand FSE evaluation methods. Finally, in the comprehensive evaluation indexsystem, and on the basis of the actual situation of the M enterprise, toconstruct the index system of the enterprise for M, complete the performanceevaluation on the information of M enterprise. In the process of evaluation,first used the analytical hierarchy process to determine the weights of theindex, and then use fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to evaluate the indexbased on the actual data, integrated the index weight and the comprehensiveevaluation result and weighted that, eventually got the comprehensiveinformation performance evaluation results of M enterprise. Having concludedthat result of the enterprise information M performance evaluation is better,but there is still a big development space for the enterprise in some ways infuture.
