Research On Performance Assessment Of Telecom Enterprise

The telecom industry restructuring has led operators to solidify the integration of business and mobile services, which is effective management of business operations put forward higher requirements. The entire chain in terms of operations management, business development companies in the county and maintain the first-line customer relations, to achieve effective management of the county support the sustainable development of the whole enterprise can guarantee. Therefore, in the current market environment, enhance the management capacity of the county’s operations, the operating situation of the county building assessment thematic studies is extremely necessary.In this paper, the main content is given as follows:Firstly,based on the Balanced Scorecard to establish evaluation index system of telecom operators.In order to more effectively manage the county’s operating conditions, we build a new index proposed System from the financial part of the Balanced Scorecard, customer segments, internal operations and learning and growth to establish operating conditions of the four aspects of the index system.Secondly,in the index system is established, the indicators relating to the operation due to more, so analysis of the correlation between indicators is particularly important. Mainly uses the factor analysis, canonical correlation analysis to determine the correlation between indicators.Thirdly,on the basis of correlation analysis, through the clustering method, the operating situation of each county subdivision, the county’s specific operating conditions of the various features. Finally,in the previous segments based on operating conditions, the use of radar chart method and the benchmark method, operation of the business to do an overall assessment of the situation, combined with the ranking of each company, define their own drawbacks in the operation to improve their ability to withstand business risk.
