In recent years,with the development and popularization of online shopping platforms such as Taobao and Jingdong,the demand for logistics transportation in the entire society has become greater and greater.The express traffic volume of express delivery in China has surpassed 50% in the past few years.Therefore,many modern logistics and transportation companies emerged.At the same time,there are old logistics transportation companies such as the postal courier that have long occupied the market,and some big international logistics transportation companies.The industry of logistics and transport encounters unprecedented opportunities,and all of them are in this Industry companies are also facing tremendous competitive pressures.However,private logistics transportation companies have mushroomed rapidly and occupy a considerable portion of the logistics transportation market.However,due to their lack of experience in management and operations,they also have problems such as unregulated operations,uneven levels of employees,and difficult service quality.Issues such as safeguards also limit the overall development of the logistics and transportation industry.Due to the lack of effective industry evaluation tools for these modern logistics and transportation companies' business performance,as well as the problems that arise in the course of business operations,these issues have not been solved.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a reasonable and scientific performance evaluation system for these logistics and transportation companies.A scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system can not only help companies improve customer satisfaction and transportation levels,but also increase their operational capabilities and market competitiveness,and can stand out in the competitive logistics transportation market.Balanced Scorecard is more scientific and reasonable than traditional performance evaluation tools.Balanced Scorecard Being able to evaluate the company's operating performance from the four perspectives of financial perspective,customer perspective,internal operation perspective,and learning and growth perspective can help the company's management to understand and analyze the company's business status quo and future development trends,not only Helping enterprises solve the problems that arise in the current stage of operations can help companies constantly supplement and improve themselves.This article will use S company,a representative company in the logistics transportation industry,as an example to introduce S company's performance appraisal system at the current stage and analyze the existing problems of S company performance appraisal system at the present stage.Then it will be based on the balanced scorecard from the financial and customer.The four dimensions of its internal operations,learning and growth are its performance evaluation building system,and the operation of the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each performance indicator.Finally,it studies the issues that may arise in the performance evaluation of the newly established system and protects it.Performance measurement system implementation measures.
