In the recent years, IT operation and maintenance services has gradually increased domestic and abroad. Comparing to other areas such as IT basic infrastructure which experiences from rapid growth to growth rate slowed, IT services market still maintains a rapid growth rate. IT service project, as a new business and due to its special nature, forces project quality managements becomes a key factor in project implementation; meanwhile, IT service quality management becomes very important even the key to project success.Introduction of advanced concepts and quality management system is an important means of project quality management. After many years of experience and practice, International Organization for Standardization(ISO) has developed a number of management systems:ISO9000, ISO20000, ISO27001 all are the standards related to IT service. There are some differences as well as similarities between them which combined together. Through these management systems combined with the characteristics of the enterprise, a complete set of IT service processes appeared. It is an essential means for an ideal IT service project quality management.The author has been the IT project manager for man years, and involved in a lot of management system establishment as the main process builder.In this paper, according to practical problems and experience in IT services project management, connected with some processes and data in management system certification, on the perspective of project quality management, quality planning, quality control, quality impact and so on, the author takes a research and analysis on the application of each management system to the project quality management. And proposed current disadvantage and further suggestions to improve, in the purpose of a better IT service project quality management in the further.
