WT Microelectronics group is a Taiwan base distributor for electronic devices which has started China local business since 2001. Even though the market environment is more competitive, WT’s performance is still better than other competition in the past period along with China local electronic information industry developing at high speed. But the performance was only represented the past instead of the future and the market is competitive more and more within oncoming 5-10 years, so it is very urgent task for WT China local team to find out the right strategy is applied to China local market to advance the core competence and competition advantage to sustained development.The thesis is to analyze and research the development strategy with lots of data and cases for WT Microelectronics China local market bases on the theories and methods of strategic management. The thesis gives a deep analysis of WT Microelectronics’external and internal environments and work out the solution to solve existed and potential issues by using Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model and PEST analysis, so that the strategic aims and six detail implementations tactics are provided to WT Microelectronics China local market development.
