The development of semiconductor industry is one of the representatives of modern science and technology development. With the rapid development of modern science and technology in recent decades, the market size of semiconductor industry is growing rapidly.In this paper to research on the strategy of a company as its theme, the first overview of the reference of the strategic management theory, in the perspective of global semiconductor research strategy theory, on the status of a company was summarized and classified, using Porter five forces model, PEST and SWOT analysis tools for the analysis of a company the external environment and internal situation, so as to make the strategic choice and strategy formulation, are listed at the end of the main action in implementation of the strategy.The first stage is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background of the development of A company, and the purpose of this study, ideas, research methods and the overall framework of this study. The related theories are described, and the strategy analysis method is used.The second stage is to explain and analyze the macro environment and the internal environment of A company.The third stage is to use the SWOT analysis method to formulate the strategy, and finally make a strategic choice, and to put forward suggestions for the implementation and control of the strategy.In this paper, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of A company’s development are analyzed, and the differentiation strategy for A company’s development is put forward. The conclusion of the relevant research is helpful to the development and implementation of the A company strategy, which has important reference value for other enterprises in the semiconductor industry.
