The state-owend enterprise economic growth slow, loss is common and serious, High proportion of debt, redundant personnel more, Although the contribution is enormous, but because its problems, the effect on national economy is tremendous。The state-owned enterprise has already became the biggest, most difficult problems in Chinese economy。In recent years the company continued to deepen the reform of three systems as the main content of the internal reform, made a few attempts in the local system innovation respect。Reform of state-owned enterprises is the inevitable process of present society, The sales, marketing strategy of the state-owend enterprise has been unable to meet the changing demands of the market society, So change become the work which the state-owend enterprise must face and carry out.In this paper, with the state-owend enterprise in the marketing problems as the research object, Select the A company as a blueprint, the flagship product of electronic balance for example, adopt the interview way, to learn about the company’s marketing strategy changes, and made it as the research object, with 4P way to study the sale strategy of A company, and combined with the partial strategy achievements, analyses the feasibility of the strategy. Analysis on the company’s exsisting problem, make a change in view of the question, to gain a larger market share under the station of the current market dominance. Coupled with the domestic and foreign research of theory knowledge, Finally, provide certain reference function for the company’s future marketing strategy.
