Study On Supply Chain Strategy Of EA Supply Ltd

It’s time of global supply chain in the world today. No matter manufacturing companies or logistics enterprises shall establish their proper roles in the global supply chain system and make their proper developing strategy fitting to the innovative system. Nowadays, the development of social informatization and transportation technology further reduced the cost of remote production and logistic. Supply chain have already changed the vertical integration production system and become an indispensable part of nowadays companies’core competence. Large enterprises can focus on innovation and improvement of their core technology, brand and product by outsourcing the middle process of production, circulation and low margin process, therefore to achieve the maximum competitive advantages. Many international enterprises are not only focusing on the management of their own cost and interests but also taking material, supply, production, sales and distribution as a complete chain and conducting consolidated supply chain management. For that reason, this paper, taking the current economic and technology environment as background, did a detailed study on supply chain management.The pater did a study on the strategy of Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd by analyzing its development path and business module. The author collected, collaborated and compared the data of the company’s establishment, development, operating model and future strategic plan; summarized the successful experience and disadvantage of Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management Ltd with solid evidence analysis;and theoretically analyzed the strategic content of supply chain management. The content mainly includes theories and practices on supply chain core business outsource, supply chain Vendor Inventory Management, supply chain finance, supply chain real estate, the third party logistics system and fourth party logistics system. The study on supply chain strategy can provide efficient management method to domestic enterprises for their practices on supply chain management; can also help domestic companies find proper partners and set up long term stable supply chain cooperating model, outsource their non-core business to more professional companies and focus on strengthen and develop their core competence and core business. Furthermore, the study on supply chain management and application of supply chain management in enterprises can efficiently reduce enterprise operating cost; change companies’former management model of "large and comprehensive" or "small and comprehensive";embrace profit, reduce expense, control cost from industrial integration and improve the economic effectiveness of the entire value chain.In the environment of global manufacturing and globalization, many domestic companies are still in their infancy of supply chain management, haven’t set up effective management system. Study on supply chain management strategy and practical implementation of it can change the existing circulating way, establish win-win cooperation model between companies through information sharing and application of high-tech new e-business technologies, optimize collocation of social resources, reduce the over-all social cost, avoid cutthroat competition of companies, improve supply chain benefit and value chain benefit of the whole society. All in all, the study on supply chain management strategy development has practical directive function for the future development of domestic companies.
