With the changing of the mode of economic growth and the reform and innovation of enterprise management, whether a company can reasonably apply capital and information has become an important manifestation of the business competitiveness in industry. In academic circles, not only human capital and social capital has always been the focus of scholars, in recent years, psychological capital is also seen as "the core psychological elements beyond human capital and social capital ".Compared with "You know what "(human capital) and "what you have" (social capital), psychological capital-"Who am I" and " what does positive development mean for me" seems to play more initiative effect for employees. By investing and developing Psychological capital, enterprises can play a more long-term role in improving employee performance while enhancing their competitive advantage. Studies have shown that psychological capital and job performance, stress management, organization of citizenship behavior, job satisfaction, and so on have a significant correlation.Whether there are some methods to develop psychological capital to achieve pressure management, enhance the sense of belonging of staff and increased job satisfaction?Communication exists everywhere. Encoding, sending, decoding, receiving and getting feedback of information, which impact on the whole process of business planning, implementation and management. The collaboration is smooth or not that is partly determined by whether the information can be effectively circulated during the business operation process and whether it lead to the common goal and so on. As a high-related variable with job performance, job satisfaction, employee evaluation, turnover and organizational citizenship behavior, communication satisfaction has attracted scholarly attention for a long time. Compared to other factors that promote enterprise management, improving communication satisfaction is apparently easier to operate and implement. It is advantageous for managers to improving and controlling easily.The question is:whether communication satisfaction is related to psychological capital? Whether factors of Communication satisfaction have predictive effect on psychological capital, and psychological capital also can be counterproductive in communication satisfaction?In this study, on the basis of the literature review, I selected the employees in Beijing for the survey sample to explore the relationship between communication satisfaction of the corporate staff and the psychological capital.Original assumptions are as follows: H1:There is a significant correlation between communication satisfaction and psychological capital; H2:various dimensions of communication satisfaction have significant role in psychological capital; H3:the dimensions of psychological capital have significant effects on communication satisfaction. Then, I use questionnaire survey to collect data, and statistically analyzed them, by analysis the results, I can verify whether the original assumptions is established.The questionnaire used in this study was developed after excision at the basis of, Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (CSQ) by Downs,& Hazen in 1977, and "Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ-24), developed by Luthans, Youssef and Avolio in 2005, with 40 items. Through on-site questionnaires and electronic form,210 copies of questionnaires were sent out,205 copies were received, recovery was 97.6%. In which,200 were valid questionnaires, and the effective response rate is 95.2%. Using SPSS 16.0 software for statistical analysis, including descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, correlation and regression analysis.The basic conclusion of this study are as follows:(1) there was significant correlation between communication satisfaction and psychological capital. And dimensions of communication satisfaction was significantly related to that of psychological capital at 0.01 level. Among these statistics, two groups’ correlation coefficient is larger, that is-——self-efficacy and personal feedback, communication climate and hope. On the contrary, the correlation coefficient of information integration and toughness, organization of information integration and two self-efficacy are smaller.(2) All dimensions of communication satisfaction on the role of psychological capital is significant. The two dimensions, personal feedback and communication environment, at the 0.05 level, have significant effect on psychological capital, with predictive effect.(3) The various dimensions of psychological capital on the role of communication satisfaction is significantly, and two dimensions——self-efficacy and hope, have obvious impact on communication satisfaction at the 0.05 level, also have predictive effect.
