With the rapid development of e-commerce in China, e-commerce model is no longer confined to traditional business buy low sell high to make the difference channel B2C form, and gradually develop a platform for B2C service fees to earn a platform to build a sales platform in the form,and channel B2C platform B2C gradual integration trend. Logistics services is becoming a constraint restricting the development of e-commerce businesses, part of the e-commerce businesses with the advantage of logistics services in addition to meet their own business, but also provide logistics services to the sales business on the platform. How to solve the balance of these two models, and achieve coordinated development between the flow of commerce and logistics, e-commerce industry is facing widespread distress.This paper first introduces the relevant theories of e-commerce industry, and analyzes the links and differences between B2C e-commerce operation mode and the flow of commerce and logistics.Then presents the research methods of the super-network, build a network of the flow of commerce and logistics network consisting of e-commerce super-network model, the super-network of suppliers, distributors and consumers three-tier decision-makers. According to the different levels of decision-makers involved in income, the cost analysis in their respective profit maximization as the goal, the objective function, the flow of commerce network and logistics network in order to achieve coordination. To introduce the theory of variational inequalities, all decision-makers the optimal objective function into the variational inequalities, and variational inequality implement improved projection algorithm, the optimal transaction between the super-network of individual decision-makers price and the optimal trading quantity, as well as the number of goods of different logistics channels. Finally, the business of the Amazon in Chengdu, China Operations Center as an example to analyze and substituted into the model using MATLAB software programming to calculate the flow of commerce and logistics trading volume and trading price, introduced by computing the results of the decision makers of all levels excellent number of transactions between the trading price changes by the operator that the operability of the theory and the rationality of the model.
