Ecological industry is gradually replacing the traditional industry which caused seriouspressure on environment, with the advantage of harmonious relationship between ecologicalindustries and nature. And it is the construction of eco-industrial park that provides a new pathfor the development of ecological industry. Eco-industrial symbiosis network is taken as thekey organization form of eco-industrial parks, and the stability of co-opetition relationshipamong main participants in this network has a great impact on the development ofeco-industrial park. In fact, under the market economy condition, eco-industrial symbiosisnetwork which is restrained by environment and guided by government is essentiallyeconomic network organization. Within this network, various enterprises (includingsupplying-oriented enterprises, production-oriented enterprises, consumer-oriented enterprisesand decomposition-oriented enterprises), governments, agents, financial and scientificresearch institutes all work to realize the common target which requires to maximizeeconomic, environmental and social benefits among them ,by resources recycling, sharinginfrastructure and information, operating the capital effectively as well as the talent andtechnological cooperation.Firstly, this thesis makes a review on related research both at home and abroad, andanalyzes the research status quo of eco-industrial symbiosis network and eco-industrial park, the evolutionary process of the stakeholder theory and the related theories on co-opetitionmechanism in detail. Combining with the comparative analysis between green supply chainand ecological supply chain, this thesis proposes the basic theoretical framework of theco-opetition mechanism of stakeholders in eco-industrial symbiosis network.Secondly, based on stakeholder theory, the main structure of eco-industrial symbiosisnetwork is discussed. In the part, the basic stakeholder theory, the operational mechanism ofeco-industrial symbiosis network and the classification of stake- holders are made clearly, andthen the relation structure of participants in eco-industrial symbiosis network is expatiatedfrom the perspectives of exterior and interior circumstance. Then, the co-opetition mechanism of stakeholders in eco-industrial symbiosis network isfurther analyzed. This thesis is the first attempt to explore the co-opetition measurement ofstakeholders in three-dimensional space form horizontal, vertical and disintegrator aspects.Taken co-opetition measurement as the masterstroke, the thesis also construes theestablishment and evolution of co-opetition mechanism and the co-opetition degree in Nashequilibrium. All above comprehensively explains the co-opetition mechanism withinstakeholders. Finally, Kitakyushum Eco-industry Park in Japan and Lubei Eco-industrial Park in Chinaare taken as cases. Based on analying main structure of their network and co-opetition degreedata, the co-opetitional interval in the stable state among stakeholders is simulated and thecorresponding results, which are used to study the stability of the eco-industrial symbiosisnetwork and provide co-integration strategies to the Lubei Eco-industry Park, are thoroughly analyzed. In all, this thesis aims to provide the theoretical and decision-making basis for theconstruction of eco-industrial symbiosis network in eco- industrial parks.
