Study On The Mechanism Of Symbiosis Andd Xinxiang Southern Taihang Development Of Rural Tourism In The Interests Of The Game

At present,the city of the rapid pace of development in China,the one hand to improve the living standards of residents,on the other hand there are some problems such as traffic congestion,housing shortage,environmental pollution and other urban diseases,city residents yearning for a quiet and beautiful country life to promote the rise of rural tourism.Xi general secretary in 2013 for the first time proposed the concept of precision poverty alleviation,rural tourism development goals clear,long benefit period,poverty alleviation,quick results,is a useful supplement to other precise poverty alleviation measures.But in the process of rural tourism development,community residents are often in a passive position,the interests frequently subjected to exploitation,the events of interest conflicts continue to unfold.In the development of rural tourism in southern Taihang Mountain of Xinxiang,the prominent contradiction of interest is particularly prominent.It is a microcosm of the conflicts of interests in rural tourism.Much research has been made on rural tourism.Comb and classify the results of this study of rural tourism at home and abroad,including the concept of rural tourism,influence,development mode,community participation and coordination,and research status of rural tourism in the southern Taihang Mountains are described,have some knowledge and understanding the research progress of rural tourism.This thesis takes game theory,stakeholder theory and symbiosis theory as the basic theories.Xinxiang South Taihang travel company under the jurisdiction of the 7 small scenic spot,the 7 scenic spots to Pine Village,Huilong village,Ma Kou Cun,Guan Shancun,Guo Liang,Nanping,mill village,village and village this autumn King 9 villages and the basic situation of resource characteristics are described,and select from eight miles,ten thousand mountains and mountain ditch scenic spot for example,changes to its management system carried out.Basically,they have gone through three stages: the villagers' independent management,the government led management and the Contractor's management.In this process,problems such as uncoordinated internal management and conflicts of interest have emerged.In the process of rural tourism development in the southern Taihang Mountain of Xinxiang,there are many stakeholders involved.In this paper,four core stakeholders are selected,namely,tourists,tourism enterprises,community residents and local governments.The interests of tourists including reasonable price,service satisfaction,facilities and beautiful environment;the interests of tourism enterprises is the main profit maximization,social responsibility,harmonious development of environment,establish a good corporate image;the interests of community residents including the enhancement of economic income,obtain more employment opportunities,protecting the living environment other interests;the local government is mainly to improve the level of local economic development and employment,optimize the industrial structure,protecting the local environment.The four parties have both common interests and conflicts of interests.Therefore,this paper combined with the conflict of interest process of rural tourism development in Xinxiang Southern Taihang,using game theory analysis method for tourists and residents,tourism enterprises and residents,tourism enterprises and between the government,community residents and the government between the interests of the game analysis.Finally,the symbiosis theory is introduced,and the system guarantee mechanism,the benefit distribution mechanism,the benefit expression mechanism,the interest coordination mechanism and the community participation mechanism are put forward.Including the innovation of land compensation system,improve the tourism property system,a reasonable allocation of income distribution and protection of community residents employment priority,make reasonable compensation policy,interest expression channel and platform,timely feedback to the interests of all parties,establish the interest coordination organization,signed a contract,giving residents a symbiotic power and restriction of government power.And improve the level of residents' participation in rural tourism in southern Taihang to solve the conflict of interests.Therefore,we hope that the development of rural tourism in the southern Taihang Mountains of Xinxiang can constantly overcome the contradictions and conflicts in the development,and win the direction of mutual benefit.The innovation of this paper,first,the new perspective,the game theory related knowledge into the rural tourism research process,and the use of symbiotic theory of relevant knowledge,looking for win-win cooperation road.Two,the new data,taking the southern Taihang Mountain in Xinxiang as the research object,combined with the local problems,proposed solutions,and supplemented the research materials of rural tourism.
