In2009, China regional financial operation report, there points out that, finance institutions must increase the strength to support the transtration of economic model and structrue adjustment, optimizes the credit strctrue etc, which points out the way of the transformation of the Henan economic growth model.This article is based on the situation of the poor finance support, theoretical analysisand truth analysis, analyzes the current situation of Henan province, then have the reasult of that, Henan’ banking has an impormant role in economic development, but also exists the problem of the mechanism unsmooth, which causes the poor efficiency of money.
