Study On Financial Support For Economic Development Mode Transformation Of Xinjiang Kashi

When the western development is coming into the acceleration stage of development, thecentral decided to lift force of the construction of Xinjiang and set up special economic zones inkashgar region. The establishment of special economic zones in kashgar even across Xinjiang’seconomic development has important strategic significance. Kashgar will with "east haveshenzhen，west have kashgar" as the goal, relying on the national approval to set up the "China-kashgar special economic zones" special supporting policies, central Asia, South Asia, west Asia,vast market oriented, quicken the steps of extraordinary development, efforts to build kashgar intoa world-class international metropolis.On September30,2011, the state council to furtherintroduced “the state council about support to kashgar and khorgos several opinions of theconstruction of the economic development zone”.Clearly China will provide financial, industrial,fiscal subsidy and take10preferential measures such as tax to support the development of kashgarspecial economic zone. But due to kashgar region of the financial system is not perfect theresource configuration is unreasonable, can’t effective use of various resources to accelerate thekashgar region’s economic development pattern transformation, hindered the kashgar regioneconomic leap-forward development of the society. Therefore constructing the transformationeconomic development way of perfect financial support system is crucial to the development ofkashgar region is imminent.This article from two aspects of theory and practice of kashgar region economic developmentpattern transformation and relevance of financial support, financial support and the effect offinancial support system construction were studied. First, reviewed the existing literature onfinancial support for the research progress of economic development pattern transformation, fromexperience, find out the shortcomings and then puts forward a new idea. Secondly the article usedconcepts and theory to define and elaborate. Third,from set out actually concrete analysis thestatus of the economic development pattern transformation of financial support in kashgar, andusing empirical analysis method in kashgar region financial development level and the level ofeconomic development is analyzed, and then on the back, obtain the correlation relationship andeffect evaluation. Fourth from empirical analysis problems of financial support, and the back.Fifth, based on the experience of the domestic and foreign financial support for economicdevelopment way transformation, put forward suitable for kashgar region economy economicdevelopment mode transformation of financial support system construction method. Finally, againto kashgar region’s economic development mode transformation how to specific implementationof the financial support policy Suggestions are put forward.
