Research On Mode Design And Gambling Analysis Of Integrated Order Financing

Logistics finance belongs to the emerging business in our country, and is in the development stage of rising. It can be either for financing enterprises to solve the bottleneck problem of development, but also to the third party logistics enterprise expand the business scope and improve the service quality. It can offer the point of under the low risk for bank at the same time. The development of logistics finance in our country has just started, business modes in use at present are fairly single, the range is small. With the continuous development of logistics finance in our country, new kinds of logistics financial mode will also arises at the historic moment. The pricing strategy selection, distribution of interests and risk control will be the key factors which affect using the new mode in practice successfully at the moment.To speed up the development of logistics finance in our country, committed to the exploration of China’s actual needs of the logistics financial mode and how to make the new mode successfully applied in practice is very necessary.This paper is based on the development status of the logistics finance at home and abroad,and the practical needs of logistics finance in our country, putting forward the improvement of logistics financial mode. With the mode as the research object, constructing a set of method system which is applied to the new mode for pricing strategy selection and risk assessment. The main work includes:firstly,this paper reviews the study situations of logistics finance made by domestic and foreign scholars,and the status of development at home and abroad. Based on many scholars’ research, according to the functions of logistics finance in the logistics industry, the functions include settlement, financing and insurance. It is divided into four mainly kinds of modes which include valet settlement mode,warehouse receipt pledging mode, confirmer warehouse mode, warehouse financing mode. Secondly, with the main mode of logistics finance for the foundation, combined with our policy, environment and the practical needs of logistics finance, putting forward the improvement of the logistics operation mode-integrated order financing, and designing the mode. Thirdly, applying game theory research between the main body of the game behavior in the integrated order financing mode. Through the analysis of game mode, looking for all participating subject to realize a win-win equilibrium.Finally, estimating the risk of integrated order financing mode with the structural equation modeling. Stablishing a comprehensive as possible and practical risk evaluation system, and putting forward the suggestions to prevent risks.
