The Influence Factors Analysis Of Agile Supply Chain Response Speed

Since the end of20th century, with the increasingly fierce market competition and coming of mass customization age, enterprise must make a rapid response to customers’needs, the core advantage of agile supply chain is that it can make effective and rapid response to market demand, so enterprise can realize rapid response to market demand well by implementing agile supply chain operation. Studying the influence factors of agile supply chain response speed, analyzing how these factors influence the response speed and their influence degree, on the one hand could consummate the agile supply chain theory system well, on the other hand could also help enterprise promote response speed more effectively in the process of agile supply chain implementation.The main content of this paper includes two parts:in the first part this paper recognizes the influence factors of agile supply chain respond speed, analyzes how these factors influence respond speed qualitatively; in the second part analyzes the influence degree of these factors to response speed quantitatively. Finally it shows how enterprises apply this analysis method to their operation through a case analysis.The innovation points of this study manifests in the following aspects:based on the logical premise of agile supply respond speed is influenced by its operation efficiency, and its operation efficiency depends on its operation model, points out the foundation conditions of agile supply chain operation model are the influence factors of agile supply chain respond speed, recognizes the influence factors effectively, analyzes how these factors influence respond speed qualitatively; analyzes the influence degree of influence factors of agile supply chain respond speed by constructing comprehensive analysis model based on the analytic hierarchy process and gray correlation analysis method, points out how enterprise choice its cost investment strategy according to the influence degree and corresponding cost.
