Fresh agricultural products belong to the necessities of life with the trait of strong demand, short quality guarantee period and perishable. Ensuring a safe, stable, efficient supply of fresh agricultural products supply will be conducive to improving the quality of life, reducing the cost of living and maintaining social stability. At present, the supply chain management of fresh agricultural products in our country is generally lower. The issues such as big current loss and high trade costs have severely harmed the immediate interests of large consumer and farmer. As the leading enterprise on supply chain of fresh agricultural products, supermarket will promote normalization and standardization of other main bodies on supply chain. It plays active role in promoting resources integration and enhancing operation efficiency of supply chain.This dissertation chooses the inventory control of fresh agricultural products in supermarket as research object, emphatically analyses the selling features of fresh agricultural products in supermarket, such as high loss, discontinuous demand and frequent pricing and promotion during the sale process. Then those selling features are integrated into the perishable product inventory control theory, and the inventory control model of fresh agricultural products considering discontinuous demand and the inventory control model of fresh agricultural products under promotion are proposed, the primary work that I discussed in this thesis includes:(1) The character of perishable of fresh agricultural products has obvious effects on product quality and customer demand. The dissertation considers the effects and makes the research look more realistic;(2) The character of perishable of fresh agricultural products magnifies amplifies the impact of discontinuous business Hours of supermarket. The dissertation considers the change rule of demand and inventory level with business Hours;(3) After analyzing the promotion cost and profit, the rule of promotion contribution varied with demand is found, and is applied to modeling;(4) Through the analysis of the characteristics of the model, the existence of model solutions is proofed, and the example analysis of model is given.This dissertation includes12figures,8tables and103references.
