In the traditional circulation mode, the supply and demand of Chinese freshagricultural products can’t achieve effective convergence, price rises and falls occurfrequently, the phenomenon of farmers sell hard and consumers buy expensivelong-term coexistence. This shows that the link between production and circulation ofChinese agricultural products have several obstacles, circulation is the main problem.Our country’s fresh agriculture products circulate mainly by wholesale market(about70%), but this kind of circulation pattern has many problems, such as circulationtedious, huge loss, difficult to trace, hard to guarantee its quality and safety, inefficientrun caused by asymmetric information, bullwhip effect lead to increased risk and poorstability. Wholesale market spot trading mechanism determines the counterparty onlyhave a‘bargain’competitive relationship, rather than a ‘win-win’cooperation andcoordination. Supermarket as the core of the circulation pattern can reduce thecirculation and the information distortion, and by establishing long-term strategicpartnership can stay the stability of cooperation relationship and improve the efficiency.But the scale and proportion of this mode accounts for only about15%. There still existthat supermarket terminates cooperation with specialized farmers cooperatives after aperiod of time, that is to say, supermarket with specialized farmers cooperatives’collaboration is unstable. The stability of member’s cooperation in a supply chain isbasis and premise to effective operation in a supply chain. Therefore, it’s necessary tostudy the stability of supermarket and cooperatives fresh agricultural products supplychain, such as what is the stability of fresh agriculture products supply chain, what is itscharacteristics, where does the instability comes from and its performance, what factorsaffect its stability, what should cooperatives and supermarket do to achieve and maintainthe stability.Whether the farming-supermarket docking fresh agricultural products supply chainstay stability or not, depend on their ability to response the internal and external risk. Byclose cooperation, they can identify and avoid the risk of supply chain, and improve theoperation efficiency further more. This paper is based on the characteristics of freshagricultural products,mainly research the meaning and characteristics of the stability of fresh agricultural products supply chain, factors who influence the stability offarming-supermarket docking fresh agricultural products. This paper studies theinfluence factors from endogenous and exogenous aspects. In particular, naturaldisasters and accidents, political and economic environment, technology environmentand market environment are the external influence factors which influence the stabilityof the supply chain. Endogenous influence factors come from supply chain itself,including the strength of supermarket and cooperatives, the tightness degree ofcoordination and cooperation’s coordination.Furthermore, according to the result of the survey comes from the stability ofTaiyuan supermarket and specialized farmers cooperatives fresh agricultural products, Iextract the key factors which influence the stability of supply chain by SPSS software.Based on these key factors we provide some suggestions, such as the development ofsupermarket and specialized farmers cooperatives, improve the interest distributionmechanism, build trust and communication mechanism, etc.
