Fresh agricultural products are indispensable in people's life.For fresh agricultural products retailers,how to ensure efficient and stable supply of safe and fresh agricultural products to tens of thousands of consumers is a very important livelihood issue.With the development of fresh agricultural product retail industry,people gradually realized the importance of supply chain management to ensure quality of fresh agricultural products and reduce the cost of fresh agricultural products.In particular,the importance of inventory management in the entire supply chain has become increasingly prominent.This paper takes L fresh fruit and vegetable chain supermarket as research object.Through deeply investigation of enterprise and observation of the inventory status of L fresh fruit and vegetable chain supermarket,finally found the root reason is that the internal inventory management of the enterprise is rough and still in the traditional inventory management mode,the inventory of L fresh fruit and vegetable chain supermarket and suppliers manage their own way;inventory management and equipment are backward,which caused corruption large,and inventory cost difficult to reduce;information is not connected with suppliers,store shortage rate is high.Therefore,this paper attempts to solve the existing inventory problems of enterprise from the perspective of enterprise inventory classification management and supply chain.Combining the characteristics of fresh agricultural products,firstly,utilizes the ABC classification method to classify fresh agricultural products in stock into three types of key management,less key management and general management;because the A-type agricultural products have a greater impact on the overall sales of L fresh fruit and vegetable chain supermarkets,then sequentially utilizes Analytic Hierarchy Process method to detailedly classify A-type fresh agricultural products so as to define the different influencing factors in the inventory management process of different kinds of fresh agricultural products,in other to put forward relevant inventory management suggestions to classified fresh agricultural products,thus different inventory management methods are tried to adopted for fresh agricultural products of different importance levels and different categories to reduce the occurrence of corruption of fresh agricultural products due to improper inventory management,thereby reducing costs.Secondly,introduces VMI inventory management mode for A-type fresh agricultural products,on the basis of mutual trust between L fresh fruit and vegetable chain supermarkets and qualified suppliers,strengthens contact with suppliers so that suppliers quickly respond to inventory and out-of-stock costs can be reduced.First of all,changes the original supply and marketing structure and optimizing analyzes and designs of the out store in warehouse management information system.And then,utilizes the information system modelingmethod,according to the requirements of the system,models the system organization function and analyze system business process and data process respectively,and combined with the management advice of the A-type agricultural products analyzed by the AHP method,refine the design of its business process according to its characters;then builds the logical model through the entity diagram design;finally analyzes the design of the overall architecture of the system,in order to achieve information sharing between enterprises and suppliers,improve information transparency,and facilitate suppliers to respond quickly when out of stock.Reduce the case of waste and shortage on requirement in the entire supply chain and inventory management costs,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
