The Applied Research Of Competitiveness Of Touring Enterprise-CYTS-Based On System Dynamics Model

With the prosperous and promising development of China’s tourism industry and touring enterprises, the research of the competitiveness of touring enterprises is being focused on. Regarding the competitiveness of the touring enterprises as the comparison result between the development capacity of tourism enterprises and all tourism enterprises in the market, thence taking the touring enterprise CYTS as the example to analyze, it utilizes the principles and methods of System Dynamics to build two models: Model of Profit from Main Operation and Model of Owner’s Equity with the data of CYTS from2004to2010and carries simulations on Vensim PLE5.11A. As the simulation results and actual results are consistent, it assesses the competiveness of CYTS with the simulation results and predicts its competitiveness of following years. In addition, by adjusting some elements in the dynamic system model to observe its impact on the system and attain the important factors influencing the development of tourism enterprises, it lastly attempts to put forward some recommendations to develop touring enterprises more and more prosperous and promising.The competitiveness of tourism enterprises is attributed to the comparison result between the development capacity of tourism enterprises and all tourism enterprises in the market, while the development capacity is derived from the profitability of the touring enterprise and its sustainable profitability, which is of some value in research.It takes full advantage of the principles and methods of System Dynamics to analyze the competitiveness of tourism enterprises by taking the enterprise CYTS as an example; and it’s proved that the two system dynamic models of tourism enterprises’ competitiveness is reliable on which the simulation result is consistent with the actual results.Overall, the simulation result of the competitiveness of tourism enterprises is quite realistic which makes the applied research purpose achieved; however, there are still insufficient efforts. Therefore, it needs more focuses and researches with much deeper, more comprehensive and more objective analysis.
