In recent years,with the continuous progress of social economy,aircraft has become one of the major means of modern travel.The scale of China's aviation industry continues to expand.At the same time,it is also facing the increasingly fierce competition.Based on this situation,how to improve enterprise efficiency,how to increase market share,how to enhance the competitiveness of Civil Aviation Enterprises becomes the core problem that our civil aviation enterprises need to solve urgently.The system dynamics model of civil aviation enterprise competitiveness is constructed by using system dynamics and to analyze the competitiveness of Civil Aviation Enterprises.First of all,this paper defines the concept of enterprise competitiveness and the competitiveness of Civil Aviation Enterprises and the system dynamics is introduced in detail.On the basis of studying the present situation at home and abroad,starting from the competitiveness of the civil aviation enterprises,the characteristics of themselves and the advantages of the system dynamics,the applicability of the system dynamics in the study of the competitiveness of civil aviation enterprises is obtained.Secondly,by analyzing the competitive characteristics of Civil Aviation Enterprises and the diamond model is used to classify the factors that affect the competitiveness of Civil Aviation Enterprises,the degree of membership is analyzed and the reliability and validity of the index system after the analysis is tested.The final construction of the three influential factors index system for the competitiveness of Civil Aviation Enterprises.That is:operating factors,potential factors and environmental factors.On this basis,the system dynamics theory is introduced,the purpose of modeling is clearly defined,and the system boundaries are divided.Using causal tree and application tree to make more detailed causal analysis of the model.The causality diagram and the system flow chart are drawn by using Vensim DSS software.Finally,the weights of the factors are determined by the combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy quantity and qualitative analysis,which lays a solid foundation for the modeling of system dynamics.After analyzing the status quo of Southern Airlines,the system dynamics model is built,and the model is tested to ensure the validity of the model.After the test,the model is predicted and simulated.The sensitivity of the influencing factors in the model is analyzed by using the software,and the important factors that affect the competitiveness of China Southern Airlines are obtained.In view of these factors,the simulation policy adjustment and control,and according to the simulation results,put forward suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China Southern Airlines Company,these suggestions have certain practical reference significance for the development of China Southern airlines.
