The Research Of Urban Agriculture Development Strategy In Beijing Shunyi District

Foreign developed countries such as the United States, Japan, the Netherlands and other countries have began to research the urban agriculture early in the20century, currently have built up various agricultural park, agricultural company and relevant organizations and websites around the new model. China began the practice of urban agriculture in the1990s and currently the coastal area and some developed cities have received good effect.Urban agriculture has nine characteristics and the diversification function includes economic function, social function, ecological function, culture function, model and education function and innovation function.Urban agriculture has a short history in our country and the research still stay in the theoretical introduction. The specific strategic thinking and implementation measures of study are very less, so this paper is based on Beijing’s key construction content and basic theory research, systematically analyze the feasibility of the urban agriculture development in Beijing Shunyi district, and works out the detail strategies and measures with proved case. The paper first introduces the paper’s background, significance, home and abroad present situation about the theory study, research ideas, content and method and the theory of urban agriculture, then make SWOT analysis of the urban agricultural development in Beijing Shunyi district, and based on the SWOT analysis, the paper formulates developing thinking, principle and plan, last based on the strategy, the paper formulates feasible policy advice and implementing measures, also with proved cases.
