| The development of urban modern agriculture is located in the first phalanx of modern agriculture and rural rejuvenation.In the new historical stage,the development of urban modern agriculture and the related policies of agricultural supply side structural reform should be combined,and important functions such as ecology,economy and service should be reflected.The key mode of developing high-efficiency ecological green agriculture should be formed,and production and management should be Highly intensive and market-oriented.Therefore,the development of urban modern agriculture involves many factors such as land,manpower and capital,and the research is relatively complicated.Based on the current research situation at home and abroad,according to urban modern agricultural theory,modernization theory,urban-rural integration theory,etc.,the development of urban modern agriculture in Pidu District is analyzed and SWOT is adopted.The analysis analyzes the internal factors and external conditions of urban modern agriculture in Pidu District,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Pidu District has made certain achievements in the development of urban modern agriculture in recent years,but it also has certain problems.Through the analysis of the current situation of urban modern agriculture in Pidu District and related research,it analyzes the development of urban modern agriculture.The main problems include: the overall planning of urban modern agricultural development is not detailed enough,the degree of industrial integration is not enough,the rural talents are still relatively lacking,and the agricultural brands have not yet formed important influences.(2)Through the SWOT analysis of urban modern agriculture in Pidu District,this paper proposes the scientific top-level design to optimize rural planning and reshape the rural industrial economic spatial geography according to the internal factors and external conditions in urban modern agricultural development in Pidu District.The concept of business and tourism integration and development,through the precision recruitment project,vigorously develop the first two or three industries,promote the integration of six industrial developments,establish a rural brand through agricultural brands,and launch the “Pidu Manufacturing” agricultural products.Make full use of the opportunity of integrating 18 national,provincial and municipal reform pilots in Batu District,boldly explore,strengthen the innovation of institutional mechanisms,and accelerate the improvement of agricultural security measures.I hope that it can provide reference for the upgrading of urban modern agricultural development in Pidu District. |
