Research Of State-owned Key Enterprises To Enhance Group’s Control Force

At present, State-owned key enterprises "set rather than the corporation, the management without control" is widespread. How to enhance the Group’s control force is a major task facing State-owned key enterprises. In this paper, From the theory and practice, combined with domestic scholars’ research, more systematically illustrates State-owned key Enterprises controls the status quo as well as the existence of the problem, the proposed five ways to enhance the Group’s control force and a case analysis of combined with COFCO strategy control, trying to do the theory to guide practice, deepen understanding from the specific practice, with a strong theoretical and practical value. In this paper, proposes two measures to enhance the Group’s control force, first, to determine corporate strategic positioning and the main industry, and promote internal resources reorganization and integration of clean-up to rectify inefficient invalid assets; second, to play the role of the political core of the party committees at all levels, team construction. I hope through this study, the role for the central enterprises to further improve our control force.
