With the emergence and development of the supply chain and supply chainmanagement, many companies recognize that they must choose to cooperate withother enterprises to survive and grow in a competitive market environment.Enterprises seek to develop their core competencies and resolve other non-corebusiness through cooperation with other enterprises, in which enterprise canimprove the competitiveness itself. This is the way of the supply chain.The supply chain is of great significance in practical application, therefore, it hasbecome the focus of scholars’ research in recent years. This study focuses on therelationship between supply chain management strategy, information systems strategyand supply chain performance. We have adopted the methods of empirical research,collecting data through questionnaires, and data processing.According to the latest survey data, we verify the relationship between supplychain management strategies and supply chain performance. On this basis, weexamined the role of information systems strategy of regulating the relationshipbetween supply chain management strategies and supply chain performance. Thesedata are based on the employees of manufacturing enterprises in China for the survey.Our supply chain management strategy is divided into three types through thereview of the literature: lean supply chain, agile supply chain, and hybrid supplychain. Information system strategy is divided into efficiency information systems,flexible information systems and a comprehensive information system for research. Inthis study, we have established a supply chain management strategy, the theoreticalframework of the relationship between information systems strategy and supply chainperformance, and make relevant assumptions on this basis: H1: lean supply chain hasa positive impact on supply chain performance;H2: agile supply chain has a positive impact on supply chain performance;H3: mixed supply chain has a positive impact onsupply chain performance;H4: on the support of efficient information system, leansupply chain enhances the positive effect of the supply chain performance;H5: on thesupport of flexible information systems, agile supply chain enhances the positiveeffect of the supply chain performance;H6: on the support of comprehensiveinformation system, mixed supply chain enhance the positive effect of the supplychain performance.In order to validate the hypothesis we had assumpted before, we releasedquestionnaires to collect correlated data. When we got the data, we deleted theunconscionable number to get some reasonable data firstly; Secondly, we adopted theSPSS18.0software to analyse the datum used to describe the samples, to detect thereliability and validity of the scale. At the same time, we inspected the relationshipbetween the variables by using associativity and regression analysis. Finally, weobtained the following results:(1)Lean supply chain has a positive impact on supply chain performance. Inother words, taking the lean supply chain can improve supply chain performance.(2)Agile supply chain has a positive impact on supply chain performance. Inother words, taking the agile supply chain can improve supply chain performance.(3)Hybrid supply chain has a positive impact on supply chain performance. Inother words, taking the hybrid supply chain can improve supply chain performance.(4)Efficient information system play a positive regulating role in therelationship between the lean supply chain and supply chain performance.In otherwords, under the supporting of efficient information systems, taking lean supplychain can improve supply chain performance.(5)Flexible information system don’t play a positive regulating role in therelationship between the agile supply chain and supply chain performance.In otherwords, under the supporting of flexible information systems, taking agile supplychain may not improve supply chain performance.(6)Comprehensive information system play a positive regulating role in therelationship between the mixed supply chain and supply chain performance.In other words, under the supporting of comprehensive information systems, taking mixedsupply chain can improve supply chain performance.The conclusions and recommendations in this article can provide the basis andreference for the application of supply chain.
