Nowadays, Corporate Restructuring is a very common phenomenon in the world.As George J. Stigler, the famous American economist and Nobel laureate ineconomics, once said, there are almost none of the world famous enterprises orlarge groups which grow so strong and quickly, not through mergers acquisitions andother means of capital operation and development. However, not everyreorganization contract entered into force means that the success of corporaterestructuring. On the contrary, the integration which is after the reorganization is amore difficult and challenged task.Among them, the pay model optimization is one aspect of integration which isparticularly important in the corporate restructuring. This is because the pay is therefraction point of the corporate values and the concept of development. It plays acrucial role in the overexpressing and follow-up development. However, after readingthe reference materials and doing my marking research I found some widespreadproblems about payment exist in the integrating progress of reorganized enterprises.If we don’t solve these troubles now, they will reveal gradually in the development ofthese enterprises in the future.This article expands based on this context, following the logical ideas of “findthe Problem-analysis the problem-solve the problem–practice application”. Firstly,A good pay system should be fair and uniform within the group and competitive inthe external which plays an important role in encouraging, attracting and retainingthe talent. Secondly, it is also active both in maximizing the satisfaction of thedemands of the different levels of pay, and alleviating the financial pressure as muchas possible. Thirdly, we should unify the pay model to complete compensationfairness, and use flexible pay model to satisfy more people. What`s more, aneffective pay mode can direct the road for people to reach the strategic objectives ofthe Corporate. So, what should the corporate do in the aspect of reward system toovercome the following challenges is a crucial issue for study.
