Corporate restructuring has become a widespread situation in the area of China's economy, and it has played a positive role in promoting the expansion and growth of Chinese enterprises, enhancing business competitiveness, optimizing resource allocation, and increasing economic efficiency. However, both the charm and risk exist in the process of corporate restructuring. Enterprise management personnel are required to pay more attention to a series of related issues after corporate restructuring, and pay reform of reorganized enterprises is considered to be one of the important matters.Based on the basic payment theory and the research of current situation of reorganized enterprises, this paper conducts an in-depth investigation and study on pay system for staff of existing production line in HuaYao enterprise, which is in restructuring. Through the form of questionnaires and interviews to understand the production lines of the working position duty work, work intensity and work environment information, as well as the employees pay on the current status of the company and the relevant recommendations of satisfaction. Finally, it makes a diagnosis and redesign for the company's pay system, and provides the basis for pay reform of reorganized enterprises.Innovation of this article is: providing a new perspective for the pay reform study through combining the research of pay reform with corporate restructuring; proposing the pay reform suitable for general reorganized enterprises based on the characteristics of reorganized enterprises' pay systems and existing problems; designing a set of analytic hierarchy process, gray theory and other mathematical methods of science to ensure the scientific nature of the pay structure.
