Study On Culture Construction Of D, After Corporate Restructuring

In every aspect of enterprise management, such as HR management, strategic management, financial management, operation management, technology management and quality management etc., the implementation of which is mostly realized in program. The quality of program managemen(tPM) reflects the general management level and will affect the future development of the enterprise.The impact of the enterprise culture mainly reflects function of cohesion, orientation, stimulation, restriction and radiation. Enterprise culture is settled systematically and become an important spiritual support of enterprise management system and a thought criterion to restrain both staffs and directors. In order to make the enterprise go furthermore, the culture may lead all the staffs to"think one things and effort in same direction". In realistic, the leaders especially the state-owned leaders may focus more on the current profit and development than the importance of enterprise culture. It is difficult to push enterprise culture construction.The construction of enterprise culture can be regard as a special program. The thesis takes enterprise D which is restructured from study institute as a study object, analyzing the characteristic of its enterprise culture, finding the culture defects, analyzing the damage to the enterprise and proposing the reasonable solutions. The related methods of PM are used in the thesis, which furthest meet or exceed the requirement of stakeholder. By using PM, the effect of the enterprise culture should be more practical. Meanwhile, strategy implementation plan is proposed which will make the reformation of enterprise culture into real. In short,the main purpose of this thesis is to solve the real problem of D by using PM methods, hoping it will provide a reference to the state-owned enterprise.
