However, the research of the overall quality of industrial products management is still quite weak in our academic community.This article introduces the industry overall condition in Guangzhou through in-depth discussion on the theoretical foundation of quality management, analyzes the industry quality and the quality control present situation in Guangzhou, and analyzes comprehensively main quality problems that exist in Guangzhou industrial products, including product label is not standard, the product performance index is not in accordance with the provisions, the poisonous and harmful materials overweight, The rate of qualified products is low, there are jerry problems in the production process and so on. Then, this article analyzes existed problems of the industrial products quality management in Guangzhou from all levels including the production enterprises, sales enterprises, government departments, consumers and so on. In view of these problems, this article analyzes reasons for existed problems of industrial product quality management in Guangzhou, including both sides of supply chain, enterprise itself, market order, supervision system, consumer consciousness, etc.In order to enhance the industrial product quality in Guangzhou, this article proposes to put forward strengthen quality management security measures from the supervision system, such as improving product quality standard system and regulation system, and perfecting industrial product quality supervision system, strengthening and improving the information construction of industrial product quality as well as improving quality credit evaluation mechanism and risk monitoring mechanism, etc.Finally, depends on reasons for existed problems of Guangzhou industrial product quality management, the article proposes countermeasures to raise Guangzhou industrial product quality management level, including enhancing social awareness of the quality of industrial products, improving the quality management level of industrial enterprise, enhancing the quality competitiveness of industrial enterprises, emphasizing the quality control in production process, etc. In combination with quality management problems of BA Children’s Clothing Co., Ltd., this article uses above industrial products quality control measures into children’s clothing quality management.
