Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Rural Tourism Resort

China’s rural tourism after10years of development, has entered the maturestage of development, at present is facing the industry upgrade problems, areexperiencing by village tourism to the country on holiday change stage. As the carrierof the development of the country holiday, rural tourism resort in recent years aspeople to the vacation travel demand increases, appear like bamboo shoots after aspring shower. A batch of emerging around more representative of rural tourism resortarea, But because China’s rural tourism resort on the whole is still in the primary stageof development, many local rural tourism resorts have similar products, grade is nothigh, the vacation product not perfect. How to construct a rural tourism resortappraisal system, make its have a reference, guidance of standard, is one of the issuesto be solved at present.This paper summarized in based on the former research, the country touristresort evaluation index system and its application as the research object, based on thetheories of sustainable development, tourism system theory, the experience economytheory, from the concept of rural tourism resort, reviews and summarizes the domesticand foreign relevant important literature, based on this, advances44rural tourismresort evaluation index. Through the Delphi method to index selection was conducted,and for some index was revised. Construction of the rural tourism resort evaluationindex system framework of regional environmental conditions, and the villageresources township pieces, resort conditions three topics, under the topics there arenatural ecological condition, natural resources, local diet and12elements layer. Underthe elements layer there are43specific indicators, like Water quality, networkcommunication facilities perfect degree, agricultural and sideline products richnessand so on. Last, through the questionnaire survey and ahp to the weight of eachindicator.To BaiHe rural tourism resorts for example, the fuzzy evaluation method todetermine evaluation level, the development situation of evaluating it. Through theinvestigation and analysis, this paper found that at present BaiHe rural tourism resortwhite existing rural intangible cultural heritage protection is not enough, the servicepersonnel lack the abilities, holiday entertainment business project simplification. Iam aiming at these problems proposed the corresponding countermeasures andsuggestions.
